Community assessment & research

Using our framework, we assess the gap that needs to be filled to create a community or to relaunch it. Through the analysis of channels, profiles, available resources, and skills, we define the steps needed to transform your customers, collaborators, or partners into a community.

Community strategy

Through a series of co-creation workshops with the client, we define the identity system, and the engagement, governance, and sustainability models. Our services range from concept ideation to prototype definition.

Community prototyping

We outline the prototype and provide support in launching the community, defining measurement metrics, and community listening, through iterative cycles of monitoring and prototyping.

Community growing

Based on the current assessment analysis and/or the evidence caught during the prototyping stages, we design a community growth path, defining and detailing the community offering, governance system, and touchpoints, following its life cycle.

Community management

We assist our clients in each step of their communities’ development and growth, with the ultimate goal of transferring the techniques of community design and management to make them autonomous.

Platform design

We specialize in platform design with a special focus on service design and usability.

Training & education

We devise customized training packages built on client needs, always combining theoretical training with application and experimentation workshops. From masterclasses on community design to in-depth workshops on specific areas (e.g., internal communities, brand communities, communities of practice, communities for international cooperation, etc.).
